Massage isn’t just for high level athletes, in fact if you are involved with regular sports or exercise, then you benefit from massage to manage recovery, delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and get back into the business of life. If you lead a sedentary life in between bouts of exercise, like many amateur sports people – then you are going to feel the benefits too!
Therapeutic Sports Massage will at minimum assist with pain, strains, promote performance and increase recovery times.
At Track and Field Massage our therapists work with you pre-event / post (recovery) event and during events plus doing routine maintenance during off season.
We work with individuals and teams either in a clinic environment or at your ‘work site’ (eg. Race tracks, accommodation, locker / training rooms).
At Track and Field Massage we do not offer relaxation (spa style) or pregnancy massage. Clients under the age of 18, require a parent or guardian to sign a consent letter and also be present during the treatment. We are not registered for Workers Compensation.
